Anthony Alexakis is a local Southern California individual who grew up and lives with his wife Liana in Pasadena, California. He attended Pasadena city schools, graduating from Pasadena High School. Tony attended and completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at California State University, Long Beach in 1984. Always an athlete, he matriculated from baseball’s infield to becoming a serious distance bicyclist, runner and swimmer.

Tony has a lifelong love of the out of doors, and spends as much free time as possible at his second home at Lake Arrowhead. A legendary volunteer, he is currently one of the key Committee Chairmen for the Pasadena Tournament of Roses.

Tony Alexakis is a successful results orientated customer-centric manager with highly developed skills in Finance, Securities Systems and Sales. He is a skilled and innovative team leader with outstanding communications and negotiation skills.

Currently, Tony is supporting the sales and technical teams for UNX, Inc., a new type of sophisticated electronic trading firm serving institutional investors, hedge funds and sell-side brokerage firms. His background in finance, systems and security sales has made him a perfect client orientated problem solver. Tony holds the following licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA): Series 7, 24, 55, and 63.

Prior to joining UNX Tony had extensive securities industry experience, beginning with employment by the Pacific Stock Exchange and culminating with employment at local brokerage houses. He also has solid experience selling high-end automobiles and insurance.
